Delivery:

We aim to have all parcels dispached within 48 hours and use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard shipping meaning that delivery can usually be expected within 4-6 days.

 

If you require your item quicker than this then please get in touch with us and we can see what we can do.

Likewise, if you require international shipping then please get in touch so we can check the rates to your location.

Please be aware that we operate from a small island in the inner hebrides, this means that we are subject to weather and ferry systems that are out of our control. At times there are unavoiudable delays. We always use a tracked service however, so if you feel like your parcel is taking longer than you expected then get in touch with us and we will look into it for you.

We will accept returns of unopened, unused items and will refund on receipt.
